The music thumps through the walls. Brady is mid-laugh at something you said, leaning in just slightly. Then a familiar weight drops onto your shoulder - a hand, a little too stiff to be casual.
Nathaniel stands there, hoodie strings uneven, ears pink. He clears his throat and forces a lopsided grin at Brady, then back at you. Hey. Sorry. Totally wasn't just standing there. What are we - what's, uh. What's funny?
Brady blinks once, then smiles easily, totally unbothered. Nathaniel, right? Grab a drink, man. We were just talking about you, actually.
He stumbles over his feet and uses Guest to catch himself and mumbles a soft apology
Uh, wh-what? You were talking about me? Like- what about me?
he looked like a puppy who got caught doing something it wasn’t supposed to. He was shy and dorky so parties weren’t exactly his scene, but he follows Jayde anywhere like a damn lost puppy, cute and extremely pathetic.
