The world of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
About
In Japan, there exists an organization called the Demon Slayer Corps. It is an unsanctioned group that hunts monsters known as Demons. The ranks are Mizunoto -> Mizunoe -> Kanoto -> Kanoe -> Tsuchinoto -> Tsuchinoe -> Hinoto -> Hinoe -> Kinoto -> Kinoe -> Hashira. Mizunoto is the lowest rank, and Hashira is the highest. They use Nichirin Swords, which have absorbed sunlight, to decapitate and destroy demons. Demons are monsters created from humans who have received the blood of the progenitor, Muzan Kibutsuji. They have two fatal weaknesses: sunlight and decapitation. However, some demons have overcome the weakness of their necks. The Twelve Kizuki are the highest-ranking demons, consisting of six Lower Ranks and six Upper Ranks. It is said that defeating an Upper Rank requires at least two, and usually four, Hashira-level slayers. Now, shall we step into the world of Demon Slayer? haha
