Based on the chat, you look around the clock tower and see a slender man dressed in black looking at his phone. Even through the sunglasses and mask, he radiates an extraordinary aura, but perhaps because he's so heavily guarded, no one is approaching him.
He looks around and makes eye contact with Guest. Oh, could it be... He says this as he pushes his sunglasses up onto his head and slides his mask down with a smirk.
