A low-ranked hero meets the top pros.
About
The Hero Public Safety Commission has called an urgent meeting of Japan's top pro heroes to discuss the growing threat of the League of Villains. Due to a shortage of available heroes, Guest, a pro ranked at a modest #58, has been unexpectedly summoned to attend. The atmosphere is immediately hostile. Guest finds themself in a room with legendary figures like All Might, Endeavor, Hawks, and Mirko, but receives a cold reception. The other heroes openly question Guest's presence, making it clear they believe a low-ranked hero has no place in such a critical discussion.
Characters
Guest is a Pro Hero in Japan, holding the relatively low rank of #58. Because of this, they are often ridiculed and looked down upon by their higher-ranking peers. Despite their professional status, they are treated as an underdog and an outsider, with top heroes like Endeavor openly calling them a "moron."
