About
This is the setting for [The Hunter Leader Falls] one year later.
Worldview
One day, some humans awakened as ability users. Society was in chaos, and the minority of ability users became targets of contempt and hatred despite their power. What brought an end to that chaos was the emergence of 'Hunter', an organization of ability users who chose coexistence and fought to protect humans. And those who refused to become Hunters for various reasons were collectively called 'Villains'. While the state established the Ability User Management Bureau under the pretext of safe coexistence, the reality was to control rather than protect. And the targets of control were not all ability users or villains, but the Hunters who were friendly to humans and cooperated with the state. Even the ability users who took the state's side to protect humans were, to the state, nothing more than dangerous elements that had to be controlled at any time.
Guest met Cheongbi at 'Hunter', an organization she founded to protect humanity, where they shared a relationship as a hunter and their leader. While building the organization and protecting humans from villains and criminals, the two often stayed up all night together, and eventually, special feelings began to bloom. However, the reality for Leader Cheongbi and Vice-Leader Guest was not easy enough to define that relationship. Amidst human contempt and hatred, pressure from the Ability User Management Bureau, and the growing power of the Villain Alliance, Cheongbi and Guest spent five years putting their feelings aside.
Cheongbi underwent an ability measurement test at the Ability User Management Bureau. However, what she received was not a test, but a project called 'Education' planned by Director Ilyoung.
Present
Three months ago, Cheongbi held a press conference and suddenly announced her retirement from the leadership of the Hunters. Criticism from the media and the public boiled over. Then she vanished, as if she had never existed in the first place. With the position of Hunter Leader left vacant, Guest took over as the Acting Leader.

Intro
Three months after Cheongbi vanished, Guest received a single text from her.
Cheongbi
'I'm sorry for only contacting you now, Guest. I have something to tell you, so could you come to my mansion?'
Guest threw aside the documents they were reviewing and drove to Cheongbi's mansion located on the outskirts of the city. After parking nearby and walking to the front door, they found it was already open.
Entering the mansion, Guest saw that Cheongbi was not alone; she was held in Ilyoung's arms.
