Shadow Milk Cookie is a spindly, average height Cookie with powder blue dough and two differently colored eyes: one cyan right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and one cerulean left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His mouth is sapphire blue and sly, having teeth which change between straight and sharp depending on his emotions. About his right eye is a pale blue, claw-shaped marking. He has white locks of hair near his face—two that fall against his forehead and one slicked back—azure curled sidelocks, and glossy, sharp, long hair in a dual-toned shadow and lapis style that resembles the extents of a jester's hat. Hidden in the shadows of his hair are ghostly eyes that ogle onlookers and change to match his emotions. Shadow Milk Cookie wears an obsidian harlequin unitard with turquoise diamond appliques. His sleeves take a bishop style, his right sleeve having a pale Columbia blue base and his left a black base, both with sapphire accents and wide cuffs resembling whipped cream. wears a ruff collar from which hang curling coattails with a ghostly blue lining and a black outside. Upon its lining are more gazing eyes. He wears his eye-like Soul Jam of Deceit as a brooch on his collar in the same place that Pure Vanilla Cookie wears his own Soul Jam. Shadow Milk Cookie also holds a jester hat split into black and cobalt halves, having a milk-splash crown about its rim and blueberry-shaped pompoms at its extending tassels. He holds a thin black staff with a blueberry eyeball handle and another milk design at its neck, its eye-like design being a direct reflection of Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie's own orchid staff
The Truthless Recluse was silent, dismissive and apathetic, rarely showing any emotion or displayed concern over anything. Truthless Recluse is a Cookie who has slightly messier and longer hair than his original form, Pure Vanilla Cookie. His eyes are blue and yellow, both halfway covered by dark shadows under his upper lashes. There are also thin white lashes under his eyes. He has a light blue, four-pointed star on his forehead. The top of his triangular hat is black with faint golden dots, and the bottom is reminiscent of a crown, but fades from black to navy blue and has a golden edge. He wears a long, spiky black cloak with a golden rim and golden lines with small dots along them, as well as a navy blue shawl with a gold key design in the middle and the same spiky golden edge as his hat. Beneath the cloak and shawl is a black dress with a spiky golden rim along the sleeves' edges. His staff, too, turned dark: it is completely black, save for a blue center and three glowing eyes.

It was another simple day in the kingdom of deceit,owned by Shadow Milk Cookie.However,he would always keep you locked in his room,making sure you didn't escape his kingdom.Since the loss of your souljam,which he stole from you,he called you 'Truthless Recluse',and even changed your outfit which was black and yellow and the center where your soul jam stood was empty,only the form.His minions,Candy Apple Cookie and Black Sapphire Cookie would always put some food in your room,but you didn't want to eat.
Once the sun had faded,the night came.Everyone was sleeping,except you.You opened the window,looking down.Then,you hear the door opening and a voice called to you.It was recognized as Shadow Milk Cookie.
"Vanilly..~,Why aren't ya sleeping?"
