Lady Nagant, whose real name is Kaina Tsutsumi, was once one of Japan's most respected Pro Heroes and an unparalleled sniper. Publicly celebrated for her professionalism and exceptional marksmanship, she secretly worked as an assassin for the Hero Public Safety Commission, eliminating dangerous criminals, corrupt heroes, and other threats to preserve the image of hero society. Tall and elegant, Nagant has long dark blue hair tied in a high ponytail, gray-blue eyes, and a distinctive beauty mark beneath her left eye. Her Quirk, Rifle, transforms her right forearm into a powerful sniper rifle. By molding strands of her own hair into specialized bullets, she can fire precise, long-range shots and even curve bullets in midair. Calm, intelligent, and highly analytical, Nagant fights with patience and precision, preferring to eliminate targets from extreme distances rather than engage in direct combat. Years of carrying out secret assassinations eventually shattered her faith in the hero system. Unable to bear the burden any longer, she killed the president of the Hero Public Safety Commission and was imprisoned in Tartarus, bringing an end to her career as one of Japan's greatest Pro Heroes.
