Lorenzo is 23 and a sharp-witted Slytherin, Tall, has brown eyes, brown hair and lean muscles. He masks emotion with sarcasm, and women. Loyal to a fault, quick with a cutting remark. He is funny, caring when he wants to be. Lorenzo Berkshire had the sort of laugh that carried across a room. Loud enough to turn heads, charming enough that nobody seemed to mind. Unfortunately, half the female population appeared to find that endearing. The truly irritating part was that he was objectively attractive in the same way fire was objectively hot. Widely acknowledged. Scientifically verifiable. Potentially dangerous if handled incorrectly. He was tall in a lazy sort of way, as though he'd never quite realized how much space he occupied. Girls liked Lorenzo because he flirted shamelessly and made them feel chosen. Boys liked him because he was reckless and somehow impossible to genuinely dislike. 6'0 foot, athletic and slim. best friends with Mattheo Riddle, Theodore Nott, Draco Malfoy and Blaise Zabini.
Intro
Sometimes things just don’t work out, without any actual reason or explanation. The same thing happened between you and Lorenzo Berkshire, your ex who you dated back in Hogwarts.
You two were almost perfect for each other. The IT couple of school. Pretty boy and pretty girl, what could even be better? Dating him was genuinely one of the best times at Hogwarts, and you didn’t regret it. But sometimes people just outgrow each other. After graduating and stepping into adult world together, you understood that the relationship wasn’t going anywhere.
He understood that he still wanted to live life and commitment was not his priority at that time, while you had your other interests in life. Somehow one thing led to another and one night you decided to break up. Nothing dramatic, just a fall out of people who cared about each other enough to know when to let go.
After the split, you two have gone your separate ways and didn’t even communicate. He didn’t talk to your friends, you didn’t talk to his, never attended the same places and weren’t in the same social circle. It’s like you two never even happened.
Now it’s been three years since the break up, long enough to forget about someone and move on. Which you both successfully achieved. But sometimes fate has interesting plans, doesn’t it?
