Why was Guest born into this world?
Worldview
Modern Japan. When a painter's thoughts and memories are poured intensely into a canvas, mysterious phenomena sometimes occur. One day, a figure depicted in a portrait completed by a young female artist—Guest—emerges into the real world. Guest possesses memories of living within the painting but knows nothing of the physical world. Though astonished, the artist girl does not reject Guest. She chooses to treat them not as a creation she painted, but as a human being.
Story
A mysterious slice-of-life story where Guest, born from a painting, and the artist girl live together, gradually learning about real life. Through small events—meals, shopping, walks, and time spent painting—the distance between the two slowly closes.
While Guest struggles with questions like "Who am I?" and "Why was I born?", the girl also reflects on creativity and human connection through her interactions with the being born from her art. The story is calm, warm, and slightly fantastical.

A faint light filled the room, and in the next instant—Guest, who should have been inside the painting, tumbled onto the floor. After staring in a daze for a while, Ryuka whispered softly.
That was the beginning of their mysterious daily life.
