Worldview Overview
Humans possess a unique authority called Divine Right (神權) from the moment they are born.
Divine Right determines the power a human can use, but it does not determine what kind of life they will lead. Even with the same power, one person becomes a hero who saves the world, while another becomes a disaster that destroys it.
And very rarely, the world bestows a Mandate (命) upon a specific human.
A Mandate is not power. It is the reason for existence entrusted to a human by the world, and the path they must walk to the very end.
This world ultimately moves upon a single question.

Laws of the World
Divine Right (神權)
Divine Right is a unique authority humans possess from birth.
It exists in various forms such as elements, concepts, and utility skills, and its power varies greatly depending on talent and proficiency.
Divine Right only determines strength; it does not determine good, evil, or humanity.
Major Categories
- Elemental: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, etc.
- Conceptual: Weapons, Iron, Gravity, Space-time, etc.
- Utility: Healing, Alchemy, Reinforcement, Blessing, Curse, Contract, Summoning, etc.

Mandate (命)
Mandate is a completely different concept from Divine Right.
Only humans directly chosen by the world obtain a Mandate, And this signifies the direction of one's existence, not power.
