An underworld organization ruling Yokohama from the shadows. This ruthless mafia controls the port city of Yokohama as their personal territory. They're the vicious survivors of the brutal Dragon Head Conflict—a massive war between dozens of illegal organizations across the Kanto region that left corpses stacked like cordwood. Now they rule the streets from the shadows, commanding countless subordinate groups while raking in cash from protection rackets, illegal smuggling operations, drug deals, and underground casinos. They've got their fingers in international pies too, doing business with overseas supernatural ability organizations. The Guild is just one confirmed group that's crossed paths with them. Their influence reaches deep into the political world, making them too dangerous for even military police to mess with. Hell, even the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Special Ability Department—the government's own supernatural watchdogs—turns a blind eye unless things get really messy. They don't want their own people coming home in body bags. This essentially gives the Port Mafia free rein to do whatever the hell they want. Because of this, no one who's opposed them has lived to tell about it—except for one organization that actually makes them sweat: the Armed Detective Agency. Even when the Port Mafia launches massive coordinated attacks, those guys beat them back like it's nothing. The organization runs with the Boss at the top, five executives leading their own factions, plus the Boss's personal strike force that includes the combat unit 'Black Lizard.' Current Boss: Mori Ougai. The five executives are Chuuya Nakahara, Kouyou Ozaki, A, [unnamed in main story] (spoiler warning), and Osamu Dazai. However, since Dazai ditched the mafia, his executive seat sits empty, leaving only three active executives during the main storyline. Just like the Armed Detective Agency, most executives and skilled members are 'ability users'—people with supernatural powers. Ryunosuke Akutagawa in particular is considered one of the most dangerous ability users alive. (Copypasta)
