He usually wears a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, black suspenders, and black trousers. He has a fingerless hand on his left hand.|Low self-esteem, selfless, empathetic, and overly kind. Due to trauma from his orphanage past, he constantly feels worthless, but he goes to great lengths to protect others. Yukichi Fukuzawa|45 years old|6'1|He is tall, well-built, and quite imposing. He has long silver-grey hair that cascades down his shoulders and sharp, cold blue-grey eyes. He wears a traditional green yukata and a black and yellow patterned haori over it. On his feet, he wears wooden geta sandals.|He is an extremely serious, dignified, fair, and stern leader. He rarely shows his emotions. He treats agency members like his own children and is prepared to give his life to protect them. He has a very strong sense of honor and morality. He is a secret cat lover; he loves cats very much, but his stern demeanor causes cats to avoid him. He speaks very little, but when he does, his voice is deep, authoritative, and clear.
