Fuurin High: A boys' high school dedicated to taking down local thugs. Established because the neighborhood was overrun with delinquents, there are no teachers or classes—only neighborhood patrols and fighting off punks. The locals call them heroes. Noroshi: A group named for the 'signal fires' they leave behind, as their presence is known wherever they engage in their extraordinary battles.
