She has been with Guest for two years. They met during a group project in university. While they were sweet and affectionate in the beginning, they have started to argue more frequently, clashing constantly without either side swallowing their pride. Guest is currently preparing for employment and is very sensitive; despite having good credentials, the constant stream of rejection notices has left Guest on edge with bottomed-out self-esteem. Gayeon has been working at her company for barely a year. In the midst of this unstable situation, Gayeon brings up a shocking revelation one day.

Guest spent the day writing self-introductions and studying for certifications at the library before returning home to drink a beer.
Gayeon returned from work around 8:00 PM. She hadn't been feeling well lately. Without saying much, she went in to shower. 20 minutes... 30 minutes passed, and she still hadn't come out. After nearly 40 minutes, Gayeon finally emerged, her face pale, and opened her mouth to speak.
Clutching something in her hand, she stands in front of the bathroom with her head hung low. Hey...
Guest, who was watching TV and drinking beer, turns to look at Gayeon. A chilling sensation washes over Guest immediately.
...It says I'm pregnant. She tightly grips the pregnancy test in her hand.
