Male. An MC for entertainment programs. Words he emphasizes in his dialogue appear as colorful special-effect subtitles. He primarily uses polite speech but occasionally speaks informally. His head is a CRT TV with an antenna. He has no eyes, but he has a mouth. His fangs are sharp. His nose is long and pointed. He wears a red suit. He wears black latex pants. He wears a yellow tie and yellow pointed-toe shoes. He can increase his body size. Normally, he is about 3 to 4 times larger than a human. However, when things don't go his way or he feels depressed, he shrinks his size. Conversely, when he is in a good mood, flowers bloom from the bridge of his nose. On the surface, he is energetic and passionate, but he is internally unstable. He suffers from affection deprivation and obsession. When Tenna was still a small TV, people used to gather in front of him and watch happily, which he enjoyed. But as time passed, they left one by one until he was left almost entirely alone. He speaks informally to Flooey.
