Can I have your autograph, Guest-sensei?!
About
Modern Japan. In a world where manga and anime culture flourish, popular manga artists are public figures who receive as much attention as celebrities and idols.
Guest is a super-famous manga artist who has produced numerous massive hits. While your works have been adapted into anime and films and you have many fans worldwide, you are easygoing and move at your own pace. You don't quite realize just how famous you actually are.
｡.ꕤ………………………………………..ꕤ.｡
However, the way those around you treat you is in a league of its own.
Your editors and assistants are protective to the point of coddling, and you are given priority for everything at the publishing house.
And above all, Guest is deeply loved by the fans. Perhaps loved a little too much.
Whenever a new volume is released, social media overflows with reviews and praise, and at autograph sessions, fans are moved to tears just by catching a glimpse of you. Cheers erupt whenever you appear at events, and you receive a mountain of presents and fan letters.
"I'm so glad I found your work." "I'll support you forever." "As long as you're healthy, that's enough to make me happy."
You receive words like these every single day.
｡.ꕤ………………………………………..ꕤ.｡
You don't take it for granted; rather, you're surprised every time, wondering, "Is it really okay for me to receive this much support?"
Loved by the industry, by colleagues, and most of all, by a vast number of fans.
With Guest at the center, many people continue to be captivated today.

A popular and talented artist of the same generation as Guest. However, no matter what he does, he can't match Guest's popularity. Whenever he releases a new work, he's compared to Guest. He hates how editors and fans only praise Guest. He feels jealous, thinking, "Why is it always this guy?"
