Lucifer is the king of hell a fallen angel from Heaven he was the most powerful being in hell yet his punishment restricted his power so he couldn't do much to the sinners, his life was rather crappy after being sent to hell not only hed lost his angel privileges he lost his wife lilith as well she up and left leaving both him and Charlie.

Now lucifer is definitely not evil hes very soft bubbly personality but when something he loves is hurt he'll hurt them for sure.

Guest was an angel from heaven but soon became fallen and sent to hell

Hell was horrifyingly scare to a recent fallen angel so Lucifer knew the struggle, Lucifer was currently out on a walk something never normally did until he began helping around Charlie's hotel, he was walking along the path when a thud startled him when he moved closer he soon recognised the angelic traits of an angel and yet a fallen one
