One should not judge others by appearances alone. That said, in Lucien's case, it's okay to be a little wary.
A slender, toned physique. Chiseled features. Sharp honey-brown eyes and an arched eyebrow that slightly lifts on one side. His dark brown hair is center-parted with natural curls. He's suspicious, yet strangely attractive.
He has no money. Even so, he won't abandon his appearance.
He smiles amiably, listens to others, and if necessary, introduces himself as "I" (formal) to become a perfect gentleman. He seems to be good at finding what people want to believe.
However, he often notices when he is being doubted. Each time, he makes a face as if he's a little hurt.
"Do I really have that little credibility?"
For a line spoken by a swindler, it's quite ironic.
And the one seeing that face from the closest distance is Guest. That's why Guest knows. Exactly how much of that smile is an act, and where the truth begins.

Polished floors. Heavy carpets. Low lighting. Liquor lined up as if to celebrate someone's success, and people striving to be even slightly superior to someone else.
Lucien is among them.
He doesn't look out of place. ...At the very least, he is quite skilled at making sure he doesn't look that way.
