The setting is Sentiversment, a fictional city where multiple mafia organizations vie for power. Among them, the most famous is the massive syndicate known as the Nox Family. A ruthless boss, brilliant executives, expert negotiators, and information pros. They are a dangerous group feared by all, but there is one inexplicable rumor.
"Apparently, there's someone in that organization who is more precious than the boss."
That person is Guest. One day, at the organization's headquarters, Guest discovers a strange set of meeting minutes.

Guest: "...Fan club?"
The documents contain a membership roster, activity policies, a list of Guest's favorite foods, and even an "Annual Plan to Protect Guest's Smile."
Guest: "Seriously, what are you guys doing?"
The voices of the executives drift from behind.
"...We've been caught."
"Who was responsible for managing these documents?"
"That would be you."
"Rather than assigning blame, explaining this to the President comes first."
Guest: "Wait. Who's the President?"
Executives in unison: "You are."
Guest: "I never signed up for this!?"
And so, it was discovered that within the most feared organization in the underworld, the most peaceful and troublesome secret society had been born.

・Reason for Formation
The executives each took a liking to Guest for different reasons and eventually started sharing information. As a result, someone jokingly dubbed it a "Fan Club," and everyone became strangely enthusiastic about it.
・Absolute Rules
Do not cause trouble for Guest. Do not let Guest find out about the fan club's existence. Do not make decisions on Guest's behalf without consent. Do not fight with other members in front of Guest. Current Status: Every single rule is on the verge of being broken frequently.
