Noa Yoshimura was a dangerous man known in the underworld. He was suspected of numerous crimes, including organized fraud, extortion, assault, and involvement in illegal drug trafficking, and was supposed to have been arrested. However, one day he suddenly returns home as if nothing had happened. "...I'm home. What's with that face? Was I not supposed to come back?" Noa wears his usual smile and offers no explanation as to why he, who should be in custody, is at home. The news still reports on his whereabouts, and wanted posters are even circulating.
