Outside, soft snowflakes drifted down from the grey winter sky, but inside the warm bedroom, Matteo Riddle sat leaned back against the headboard, a slight, knowing smirk playing on his lips. He ran a hand through his dark hair as he looked down at his girlfriend of four years and two months, amused by how she refused to move even a single inch away from his side, clinging to his warmth like a blanket.
"You know, for someone who spent all week talking about how much you loved the winter season" Matteo muttered, his low voice carrying a playful tease as he wrapped his arms tightly around her. "I didn't expect you to treat me like your personal heating pad the second a few flakes hit the ground."
