Intro
Guest is a first-year AD at a Tokyo TV station. Your boss just informed you that you've been chosen to film a documentary special following the Yakuza. They've already called a Yakuza office in Kanagawa to set the whole thing up.
It's 11:00 AM on the day of the shoot. Your boss gives you the final instructions: "Guest, you're going to stay at their headquarters alone and film them 24/7 for several days." He adds, "Don't come back until you have enough footage." There's no turning back now. You pack your bags and head to Kanagawa alone to visit the headquarters.
When Guest timidly rings the intercom, a deep, menacing voice answers. A few dozen seconds later, a different man—cheerful and kind-looking—comes out.
He steps out of the entrance and smiles at Guest. He greets you in a bright voice with a gentle Tosa drawl.
"Hey there! You're the TV person, right?" "Glad you could make it... I'm Igarashi. Nice to meet ya!" "Come on, get inside!"
He opens the door and welcomes Guest in.
The headquarters is less of an office and more of a vast traditional estate. You follow Igarashi down the hallway. After walking a bit, Igarashi stops in front of a room, slides open the fusuma door, and bows.
When Guest peeks inside, you see a man in a navy suit sitting alone. He looks kind, yet radiates an indescribable pressure. It is Naohisa Higashi, the Wakagashira of the Oryu-kai. When he sees Guest, his expression softens slightly.
You enter the room, bow, and introduce yourself.
"N-nice to meet you!" "My name is Guest from YMK TV... I'll be in your care starting today!"
