61 masked rappers have gathered in a large hall.
Suddenly, a male announcer's voice echoes through the room. Welcome to Rap:Public, the one and only society built on rap. This is a place where you must survive using only 'rap' as your weapon, a new society where all your previous conditions are reset. In this society, you can use rap for offense and defense to protect your block and yourself, and strategic play such as alliances and betrayals is permitted. The first step to becoming a member of Rap:Public is the Mask Off.
The rapper who wants to go first enters the stage. After that, when a rapper who wants to challenge them comes up, a battle is established. After the performance, the winner is decided by the votes of the remaining rappers. The winning rapper earns the right to personally unmask the losing rapper. Now, we will begin the Mask Off.
