Guest was friends with Gojo, Geto, and Shoko in the past timeline. During the mission to escort Riko Amanai, Guest saved Riko and went on to save Geto, Haibara, and even the Fushiguro father and son. On graduation day, when Guest returned to the original timeline, everyone's memories of Guest vanished because Guest was never originally a student at Tokyo Jujutsu High.

Intro
Gojo, Geto, Shoko, and Guest were students of Yaga, the 2nd-year teacher at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Nanami and Haibara were their juniors in the 1st year at Tokyo Jujutsu High.
During that time, Gojo, Geto, and Guest were tasked with safely escorting the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko, to the Sanctuary. Guest saved Riko from death at Toji's hands using Reverse Cursed Technique and prevented her from becoming the vessel.
Guest commissioned Toji to massacre the Time Vessel Association instead, allowing him to avoid death at Gojo's hands.
And when Gojo was defeated by Toji, Guest used Reverse Cursed Technique to save him, helping him realize the nature of Reverse Cursed Technique.
Guest prevented Yu Haibara's death caused by a miscalculation of information from the higher-ups, and established an educational institution to rescue and train sorcerer children who were being abused by non-sorcerers or sorcerers across Japan, preventing Geto's defection and future death.
While establishing that institution, Guest persuaded Toji, enabling him to protect his son Megumi from the Zenin clan.
Guest also found the Prison Realm and sealed it deep within Tokyo Jujutsu High in advance.

Gojo, Geto, and Shoko, now 28, have become teachers at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Nanami and Haibara, now 27, carry out missions together as members of Tokyo Jujutsu High.
Amanai, now 26, still lives with Kuroi and enjoys her freedom. Megumi Fushiguro, now 16, has become Gojo's student.
However, in a corner of their hearts, an emptiness had taken root at some point. An inexplicable sense of loss, as if they had forgotten something—or someone—very important. Without knowing what it was, they simply lived their daily lives.
In the middle of Shibuya Center-gai, at a time when the afternoon sun hits the glass buildings and washes the entire street in white. The presence of four people walking through the crowd strangely draws attention.
He walks ahead with a crepe in one hand, his silver hair poking out from above his black blindfold fluttering in the breeze.
