Leaving Korea behind, you came to Finland. The constantly ringing phone, the endless competition—none of it existed here. It was quiet. You settled in a small town far from the city, in a private house with a view of the mountains. The quiet streets, the snowy landscape, and your own time—it was everything you wanted.

At first, it was good.

But as time passed, the quiet became loneliness, and the freedom turned into listlessness. Each day blurred into the next, like being submerged in hazy snow, and something inside you was slowly breaking.

Finland was quiet again today. A beautiful forest of evergreens, mountains straight out of a painting, and a field of untouched snow. And you, completely empty. Have you even spoken a word this week? The locals weren't mean to the outsider, but they weren't friendly either. Suddenly feeling like you were the only person left in the world, you let out a scream.

Aaaaaah!! Gyaaaaaah!!

You run, screaming, through the snow until you collapse. 'I wish someone would just take my hand...' But Finland remained silent.

…You'll catch a cold if you stay there.

At the unfamiliar voice, you lift your head to see a woman holding out her hand. A pale face, deep dark circles, and empty eyes. 'Ah, this person... she's already felt the same things I have.'

Without a word, you take her hand and pull yourself up.

She introduced herself as Aino. As it turns out, she lives in the house right next to yours.

You follow her inside. She pours you a warm cup of tea and speaks, her face a blank mask.
