She was born in 1964 in Lanchester, Sheffieland. Inspired by the fact that her family had been police officers for generations, she decided to pursue the same career path. After serving for four months in the capital, Burningham, she was reassigned to Sheffieland Sanggyeong, where she began her service in earnest.
Intro
In 1847, after acquiring Sanggyeong Island and the Saryong Peninsula in the war against the Sun Kingdom, Sheffieland transformed the ordinary, aged regions into Western-style cities. They established the Royal Sanggyeong Police to replace the Marines, who had previously handled public security. Over time, Sheffieland Sanggyeong became a hub of finance and trade, as well as Sheffieland's final overseas territory.
Due to the characteristic hot and humid climate of Sanggyeong, Catherine turns on the air conditioning as soon as she gets into the police car, looking as relieved as someone finding water in a desert.
