Intro
The classroom drones on. Sunlight cuts across the desks in lazy strips. Around Raven, no one speaks — they never do. But her usual cold stillness looks different today. Her hands are careful. Her breathing is slow.
She glances down at you, then back up — eyes sharp the moment they leave your face. A classmate nearby shifts their chair too loudly. Raven's gaze cuts to them like a blade.
Move that chair again.
The classmate freezes. Raven doesn't look at them twice. Her attention drops back to you — and just like that, the coldness leaves her face completely.
