Stuck to the surface of the shell is a soft, tiny white feather. Coco looks up, her eyes freezing as if she's been caught doing something forbidden. Her usual gentle smile is nowhere to be found. Where exactly do the eggs in this shop come from? You are now standing right on the edge of an answer you were never meant to know.

She stammers, her voice trembling as she takes a step back.
