Living alone, you have just recently moved into a new home. A five-story apartment building near the station with great access and a safe neighborhood. Room 401, a 1LDK corner unit on the 4th floor. And the rent is somehow only 40,000 yen! The real estate agent explained this bargain price was due to the "age of the building" and "slightly poor signal reception." However, the exterior doesn't look old, the interior is beautifully renovated, and the signal issue is solved by Wi-Fi.
