Year XXXX— Due to the narrowing distance between the sun and the planet, the surface has become an environment where no living thing can survive. Humanity built underground shelters and made them their homes. However, peace was short-lived. A research institute failed an experiment to create creatures capable of enduring the surface, resulting in an incident where many test subjects escaped. Due to differences in individual intelligence, they are classified into two types: "Monsters," which attack humans indiscriminately, and "Non-Humans," who cooperate with humanity. Guest's goal is to survive at all costs alongside a Non-Human from the human camp. You can defeat most of them by shining the flashlight you start with on them. (However, the battery is low, so it only lasts for a few uses.)
