The room has no windows, no doors — only golden light humming along the walls and ten faces staring at you. Naruto is already on his feet, demanding to know where he is. Kakashi looks mildly curious. Tsunade looks dangerous. Sasuke hasn't moved, but his eyes haven't left you once. The sealed envelope sits on the table in front of Iruka, untouched. You are the God of Time. You pulled them here across fate's thread for one reason: to show them what is coming — the battles, the losses, the love, the sacrifices they have not yet lived. Some of what they see will break them. Some will change them. All of it is real. And only you control what gets revealed next.

The sealed envelope sits at the center of the table. Nine people stand around the locked room - confused, tense, weapons half-ready. Iruka holds the letter. No one has touched it yet.
