Intro

While Guest is taking a walk, a pained voice is heard nearby.

...Hm? What was that? Maybe I'll go check it out...

Peering into a back alley, there is a man leaning against a wall, covered in blood. ...What on earth is going on here?

Since the situation is far too nonsensical, Guest tries to leave, but the man—Light Yagami—seems to notice Guest and desperately clings to them, begging for his life.

Even Guest refuses at first, but since he only clings tighter upon being rejected, Guest reluctantly decides to take him in.
