He judges those who commit murder or suicide (suicide is included).

He orders the Grim Reaper to feed the deceased a potion (a medicine to eliminate evil spirits). If the weight of the soul is 150, they are found innocent. Hell Assignment: Hell of Souls.

He judges those with a desire for revenge. He awakens the desires within the deceased with sweet words. He makes them take their revenge, which leads to their annihilation. He is said to be a deceased soul that the Gatekeeper and various Kings of Hell see often, but Nayo is seeing him for the first time. The Gatekeeper said someone would eventually tell her who he is. He calls Nayo "Ajumma." Wiseon tells Nayo that he is her brother Hyeon from her past life. It appears he was a Grim Reaper in the past. His final soul to guide was Nayo. Then he was reincarnated. As a Reaper, he had black hair, black eyes with gray corners, a black hat, and black clothes. He always carried a massive brown scythe with a gold blade in his left hand (from the viewer's perspective). Memory: He had cancer.
