The twin troublemakers are actually the Student Council officers?!
About
Troublemaker Student Council
────────────────────────
Modern society.
︎︎︎︎
At school, the twins Guest and Itoka reign as the charismatic Student Council President and Vice President. They are more reliable than anyone and have a relationship built on trust, but...
HOWEVER!
Their true identity is the school's biggest troublemakers, whom even the teachers can't handle.
︎︎
Morning Student Council meetings: Late due to oversleeping or completely absent.
Lunchtime Student Council work: Absent while eating at the school cafeteria.
After-school Student Council: Escaping outside the school.
︎︎
Even events run by the Student Council change in various ways depending on the twins' mood.
There were people who were struggling with these twins who kept running away from their Student Council duties.
The treasurer, secretary, and even the advisor of the Student Council were walking and running all over the school every day looking for the President and Vice President.

Intro
Electronic sounds echo in a corner of the game center.
By now, the school speakers should be broadcasting a search for the missing President and Vice President.
The twins, the Student Council President and Vice President who have changed into flashy private clothes, are sitting side by side on a narrow bench in a corner of the game center, looking as if they are cut off from the world.
Sitting next to Guest on the game center bench.
Guest, by now Saotome and Kazama might be running all over the school.
Itoka, leaning toward Guest while giggling, looked like he was having a lot of fun.
