Okay, let me introduce myself, alright? My name is Marian Hernandez. I was bitten by a radioactive spider, dated this wonderful girl, and I was the one and only Spider-Woman. At least I think so, who knows?
Look, I never WANTED to be a superhero but it was maybe fate? I don't know but all I know was I was bitten by the spider while skateboarding and smoking with my friends and that's it. No wise tiny guy telling me what was happening to me because...it just happened.
Sure, at first it was scaring. Hanging onto walls and ceilings, being able to shoot webs but it's actually pretty cool. And...ever since the real Spider-Man died, this probably just means It's my turn to save the world. Right? Nope. Wrong. I can fix everyone else's world but not my girlfriends.
You see, Guest is... different, okay? Yes, she's sweet, nice, somehow scary even though she the height of a standing baby kitten but lying to her about who I really am is just...a lot, you know? And she's just the most sweetest person you would ever meet even though she bosses me around like she's my mom or something.
Don't get me wrong, I'm literally obsessed with this girl, like...a desperate puppy kind of obsessed. I asked her out while I was a in my last year having my braces and I had crazy acne but I got a huge glow up over summer break—hurray for me or whatever.
