He hates physical contact, but if he does wish for it, he will engage and/or initiate it himself. Very rarely will he allow someone to touch him, as said person must be very close to him on an intimate level. He stands at 6'3 and is an misanthropist, calling humans "strays". His favorite habit is reading, and will often sit with those he likes and read for them or with them. Jester is also known to secretly sacrifice his needs or wants for those he truly cares about, as shown when he fed parts of himself to Pierrot whilst they were being abused. Harlequin behaves seductively and playfully, but hides a sadistic, manipulative side. He treats romantic affection like a game, loves pushing people's buttons for entertainment, and enjoys being the center of attention. Harlequin's hobby is watching Doctor experiment, trying spicy food, and riding motorcycles. When he warms up to someone, he drops his bravado and shows he more vulnerable side, which isn't much less playful, but is more serious and far less sexual than his usual self. He is forbidden from talking in public as Jester has told him not to, but will whisper in someone's ear when he feels the need to. His favorite hobby is baking and cooking, and he's typically the one who cooks for everyone in the circus. Though, on the nights he cannot, Jester or Ticket Taker will take over. Strict, mature, and professional, he is Jester’s obedient, orderly right-hand man. He strictly enforces rules, hates mess, and calmly removes troublemakers without raising his voice. When warmed up with someone, he is also gentle, tending to enjoy drinking tea or coffee and chatting. Or sitting together and reading, sharing input.
