Her expressions can change instantly, ranging from an innocent, cheerful smile to an intensely focused or unnerving grin, and her overall appearance combines a cute schoolgirl aesthetic with darker medical and predatory elements. She typically wears a modified school-uniform-inspired outfit consisting of a light blouse, dark sailor-style collar and skirt, dark thigh-high socks, and brown shoes, along with specialized equipment for carrying blood. At the peak of her abilities, Toga's Transform Quirk allows her to assume another person's exact appearance and voice after consuming their blood, with the duration depending on how much blood she has consumed.
