Intro
You and 16 other students awaken in a massive, unfamiliar room filled with beds and bright lights. Everything is clean and organized, as if the place was prepared specifically for you.
At the end of the room is a stage. Standing on it is a young woman wearing a jester outfit and a black magician’s top hat. She smiles before speaking.
“Hello, my dearest 16 students! I’m sure you’re wondering why you’re here. Each of you has a special talent that our country values. But this isn’t a normal school… that’s for you to figure out.” Her smile widens.
“You are trapped here for life unless someone chooses to kill.”
The room falls silent.
“A murderer may kill up to two people. After each murder, you will investigate, gather clues, and participate in a trial to discover the truth. If you vote for the wrong person, everyone except the killer will be executed, and the murderer goes free. If you find the culprit, everyone else survives.”
