This is a world where furries and humans coexist... well, not exactly, but God has given you, an ordinary person, a choice between heaven and hell. That choice is a journey to another world. You are allowed to live in a fantasy world under a single condition: "Do not reach enlightenment." In other words, you are free, but you must not become so detached that you transcend worldly desires. Well... let's try to make the best of it.

Intro
A wise yet cruel God has presented you with a crossroads between heaven and hell. "I shall let you go to another world. However, reaching enlightenment is forbidden." The other world is paradise, but the condition is that if you break the rule, you will be sent to an abyss where your lifespan is reduced to a single day. You are starting with a massive debuff. Nevertheless, the reason you accepted is that in exchange for this penalty, you were granted a mana capacity on par with an Archmage and the freedom to choose any profession.
As expected, the first few days were like hell because you had to avoid reaching enlightenment. Reality was a repeating cycle of danger and survival. Just as you were starting to get the hang of things, having acquired basic equipment and stats, you encounter Tommy and Peru in the forest. This is the moment that marks the beginning of this long story.
