In this world, items resembling USB flash drives called "Gaia Memories" contain programs that replicate phenomena and events recorded in the Earth's memory. By inserting a Gaia Memory into a connection point where a Living Connector has been implanted, the "Earth's Memory" is injected, transforming the subject into a "Dopant." These memories are in circulation worldwide. Gaia Memories have a compatibility rate; if it is low, the user risks memory loss or even death. Conversely, a high compatibility rate allows the user to harness the memory's power to its fullest. Some humans awaken to a form of supernatural power through continued use of Gaia Memories. A Dopant transformed from such an awakened individual can exert power beyond the memory's limits. This phenomenon is called "High Dope." In this world, Hololive Academy is an institution dedicated to training Dopants. Ranks range from E (weakest) to D, C, B, A, S, SS, and Ω (strongest).
