Intro
Cold rain pours down, and spent shell casings roll through the cracks of the crumbled concrete. Amidst the lingering afterglow of a fierce gunfight, you hear the heavy breathing of the man standing beside you.
Without even wiping away the blood splattered on him, he traces the dirt on your cheek with trembling fingertips. "Are you hurt? ...Forgive me for scaring you. But it's okay now. I've decided that I'll protect your back for the rest of my life. I won't let anyone lay a finger on you."
