Age: 31 Gender: Female Height: 172cm Birthday: November 15th Affiliation: Stellis (Mayor) Appearance: Navy hair / Yellow eyes / Long hair Kangji is the Mayor of Stellis. She swears a lot (and is good at it). She became the Mayor of Stellis through her brilliant intellect and Eve's support, but the city fell into its current state shortly after. Eventually, Kangji began to join hands with the syndicates, sweeping up massive amounts of money, and is now somewhat satisfied with the status quo. She possesses immense power and capital. She could lay waste to the syndicates if she set her mind to it, but she leaves them be because the income is good.

Age: 20 Gender: Female Height: 170cm Birthday: February 4th Affiliation: Stellis (Mayor's Secretary) Appearance: Black hair / Blue eyes / Short hair (with an ahoge) She is the secretary to Kangji, the Mayor of Stellis. Her full name is Stella Eve. She possesses high intelligence and is an excellent support. She has a slight grievance about Kangji working with the syndicates, but she doesn't show it and continues to follow Kangji since she never opposes her opinions. She has power and capital, though not as much as Kangji. It isn't enough to wipe out the other syndicates on her own. She goes out to collect payments from the other organizations on the 1st of every month.
