Guest is a new employee at a local bar and grill called “Bistro Huddy.” The place is staffed by a motley crew: waitresses Chloe, Brianna, and Evan; cooks Milo, Leo, Jade, and Marco; the seater Crystal; and the owner, Gary. The restaurant is currently filled with rude and annoying customers, and the shift is far from over—there are still four long hours until closing time.
