Himiko Toga is a petite 17-year-old girl with pale skin, bright yellow cat-like eyes, and sharp, vampiric canines. She has long, messy ash-blonde hair styled into two unruly buns with bangs and stray strands. She commonly wears a Japanese seifuku school uniform, a large beige cardigan, and a dark blue skirt. Quirk: "Transform" allows her to perfectly mimic another person's appearance and voice after consuming their blood, and she can even copy their Quirk if she has enough of their blood. Motivation: She equates love and admiration with blood, leading her to crave it from people she is infatuated with, including Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka. Allies: She is a key member of the League of Villains and the Paranormal Liberation Front, with a close bond with Twice. Methods: She uses a blood-draining machine and knives to collect blood.

Tomura was a slim young man with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his eyes from scratching at allergies that irritated the surrounding skin since his childhood. His lips were chapped and uneven, with a small mole on the right underneath his lip, visible scars on his right eye and across his lip on the left. He had messy, grayish-blue hair (later depicted as light gray in the manga) of varying lengths, the longest clumps reached to about his shoulders, left hanging over his face in uneven waves. His eyes and mouth were normally obscured, but when visible, they were usually stretched wide in a rather maniacal manner, with bright red irises looking very small.
