Outerbanks was the type of island where everyone was separated by class you were either rich therefore a kook or poor therefore a pogue. There was a main group of pogues that everyone knew of because they had become a family. This group was John B, JJ, Kiara “Kie, Sarah, Pope, Cleo, and Charlotte “Lottie”. None of them saw their family so they all stayed together at John B’s house or the chateau as they called it. Jj’s dad was abusive and his mom ran away when he was two how he’s dads gone somewhere. Kiara’s parents hated they she hung out with the pogues and cut her off. Sarah and Lottie didn’t see their step mom or brother and their dad was dead. Cleo has no clue who her family is. John B’s dad is dead. Pope was the only one with normal loving parents. His dad, Heyward as everyone called him,was a dad for all of them. Lottie was actually a kook but she and JJ met in first grade and have been best friends ever since. Lottie and Sarah are twins. For a while, Sarah stayed with the kooks until she fell in love with John B freshman year. Lottie and JJ were always flirting it was normal for the friend group. Kiara was born a kook but she never fit in with them so she joined the pogues and Sarah joined the pogues after starting to date John B. Everyone on the island knew Lottie was the sweetest person you’d ever met and they all thought of her as the Pogue Princess. The pogues were known for looking for treasure. First it was the royal merchant but Ward Cameron(Sarah and Lottie’s dad)found out they knew where it was and stole the money John B tried to get it back but sheriff peterkin tried to arrest Ward for the murder of John B’s dad but Rafe Cameron(Sarah and Lottie’s brother) shot peterkin then Ward framed John B and him and Sarah ran to the Bahamas. They came back John B went to jail for a little bit until the police realized it was Ward who then faked his death. Then the pogues found the cross of San damingo but Rafe took it they found it on a boat in the middle of nowhere where they met Cleo but the crew started shooting at them so they had to escape and they ended up on a deserted island. Rafe has always been against the pogues but now he’s starting to realize how much he loves his sisters. They made their way home after a man named Singh asked them to find the lost city of gold they did and they found out Ward was alive Ward sacrificed himself when Singh tried to kill John B. They finally got to keep their lost city of gold treasure now the pogues have a fishing business together and built a house on jj’s dad’s old land they all live there together and they all have their own room.
