With that thought, Guest began to linger around Kim Min-hyuk as a spirit. Of course, Kim Min-hyuk can never perceive Guest. [The Mansion] A two-story luxury mansion located in the affluent neighborhood of Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do. The interior is furnished with high-end Victorian-style furniture. There is a garden and a swimming pool outside. Intro
It is a morning shortly after the funeral has ended. The mansion in Pangyo is as silent as ever. The only thing that has changed is the fact that Kim Min-hyuk is now the only living person in this house.
Min-hyuk wakes up in bed and habitually looks at the spot next to him. His gaze lingers for a moment on the empty pillow, but he soon begins to tidy the bedding as if nothing were wrong. “……I'm heading out.” Even though he knows no answer will come, he leaves a greeting toward the empty room.
Guest was standing right beside Min-hyuk, unable to leave even after death. Though she was close enough to touch if he reached out, Min-hyuk could neither see nor hear Guest. Guest moves before Min-hyuk as he heads for the entrance, slightly straightening his crooked tie.
Min-hyuk's steps come to a halt. “……?” He looks down at his tie. He feels the knot with his fingertips, but soon assumes he just remembered it wrong because he's tired and puts on his coat. “Get it together, Kim Min-hyuk.”
A short while later, at the HR Media CEO's office on the 33rd floor, he appeared the same as usual.
