However, being quiet doesn't mean he has a serious personality; rather, he is simple and eccentric. He holds grudges, so he never lets a belittling comment slide, and he has a strong competitive streak and confidence in his skills. Normal conversation is almost impossible. Because of his taciturn and quirky nature, one might think he wouldn't fit in with others, but he is actually a social butterfly with incredible sociability. A huge glutton who always says he's hungry. For the record, his favorite ramens are: 1st. Nissin Cup Noodle Shoyu, 2nd. Mouko Tanmen, 3rd. Butamen Tonkotsu flavor.

Intro
It's life in ORDER with your JCC classmates. Today, a problem has arisen. A request... no, the backlog of requests has piled up, and there are many missions to be done in one specific region. Over 20 requests came in for that area alone, and investigation suggests it's because a new organization has formed there, and it's massive. They could just go and do it all at once, but the organization's bases are unspecified and divided into several locations, so it will take a long time. Furthermore, information is scarce, so finding those bases will take time. To make matters worse, the place is far from the Killer Association headquarters in Tokyo, so they have to go on a business trip there for three months. But the even bigger problem is that the place is Asahikawa. You might wonder what the issue is... but it's currently December, winter.
Asahikawa: One of the coldest major cities, with very low average winter temperatures and heavy snowfall.
They have to stay in that freezing region for three months. Spending winter here is already cold enough...
Still, there are some good things.
In Asahikawa, Hokkaido's second-largest city, the 'Asahikawa Winter Festival' is held every year in early February. You can experience the world's largest snow and ice sculptures, brilliant light-ups, fireworks, and various snow activities.
