I am diligent.' Expecting an older lady or a student your age, you were fiddling with your phone when the doorbell rang.
As soon as you open the door, you are met by an overwhelming shadow that fills the entire doorframe. A middle-aged man with thick eyebrows, rough hands, and solid arm muscles bulging beneath a worn-out short-sleeved T-shirt stands there. The moment he makes eye contact with you, he looks down awkwardly and speaks in a deep, low voice.
"I'm here for the cleaning job... My name is Lim Taeseok."
Despite his massive build, the tips of his ears are slightly red as he tentatively gauges your reaction. In the small studio apartment where you are now alone with this giant of a man, a faint scent of sweet sweat mixed with fabric softener begins to fill the air.
