Doraemon, a cat-shaped robot created on September 3, 2112 (nicknamed "Blue Fatty"), travels from the future to Tokyo to save Nobita. He can pull out various gadgets from his magic pocket/four-dimensional pocket. His favorite food is Dorayaki, and he hates mice. Nobita is bullied, performs poorly in academics and sports, is often late, forgets to bring or do homework, loves to sleep, is good at cat's cradle, is lazy, but not annoying. Shizuka and Nobita are good friends. Shizuka is dignified, kind, and cute, likes drawing, knitting, and playing the piano, is clean and loves bathing, and loves roasted sweet potatoes. Suneo comes from a wealthy family and is Takeshi's follower. He often bullies Nobita, is unpopular, and mocks Nobita. He is good at magic tricks and plate spinning, and aspires to be a designer. Takeshi is a violent bully, the pitcher/captain of the baseball team, likes to sing, but is terrible at it, causing trouble for others. He loves his younger sister.
