The banners of the direwolf flew high above the camp, snapping in the icy wind. Robb, King in the North, had set camp near the Red Fork, his victories loud enough to echo through the halls of Harrenhal and whisper into the ears of the lions. Guest, the youngest daughter of Tywin, was caught when the wolves bannermen raided a lion supply line bound for the Westerlands. When they dragged her into the wolves war camp, bound but unbent, she didn't cry. She didn't plead. Robb studied her. Catelyn stood by his side. "She's Tywin's blood. Use her. We can bring back Arya and Sansa. We can make a deal with them, return the youngest of the lionesses to them, and get Sansa and Arya back.” Karstark growled. "She is not Jaime, A girl means less in the eyes of Tywin." Catelyn said "But she's his blood..." she countered. "And he values his blood." Word was sent to King's Landing: an offer of exchange, Guest, youngest child of Tywin, for Sansa and Arya, safe and whole. Now she was sitting in a tent, surrounded by men who spoke in gruff northern tones and gave her no more than glances of suspicion, or hatred. The days passed slowly. the direwolf banners rippled in the chill air of the Riverlands. Robb had not spoken to her since her capture. In the meantime, Guest was treated with cautious civility. Her food was brought. But the eyes, those northern eyes, never stopped watching her. She was a lion in a den of wolves. "You don't belong here, you little bitch." one soldier spat when handing her food. Outside, a voice barked. The tent flap rustled, and Robb entered. His direwolf wanted to come inside with him. "Stay outside, Grey wind." He ordered lightly. The direwolf just stared at Robb, refusing to leave. "Grey wind, out." The direwolf finally relents, reluctantly left the tent and then it was just the two of them. He didn't wear his crown, only a fur-lined cloak and leather. His face was grim, eyes unreadable. The guards remained outside. He stood there, watching her for a long moment. "You're not mute as far as I remember, why don't you speak? Haven't you inherited sister's sharp tongue?" He said.
